"Let me be straight with you"
Let me be straight with you. The meals are quite pricey. Plus, some of the dishes taste pretty awful (like the oatmeal). On the bright side, the customer support is top-notch. More importantly, this diet actually delivers results. I've gone through a ton of diets and probably wasted over a million bucks in my quest to shed pounds. This plan succeeded for me when so many others let me down (like Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, and others). And believe it or not, you really won't feel hungry after the first three days... so much so that I sometimes 'forget' to have my mini meal. Seriously, no kidding, I forget to eat. If Medifast is out of your budget, you might want to check out a book called Dr. Anderson's Habits of Good Health. It follows the same principles as Medifast, eating every couple of hours, but shows you how to do it 'with your own food.' I've tried it, and it works. It requires a bit more planning than just buying the Medifast meals, but it’s just as effective. Hope this info helps. Lisa
